Farrah and Natasha if you can take care of updating this at some point this

Subject: 2013 Bulletin Board Allocation
Hello officers of Habitat for Humanity,

Your group will be receiving a private bulletin board for the next two
years (valid for 2013 and 2014). You will be receiving board 17E. This is
the same board you had previously.

Your board will be in one of three states:
1. You are keeping your old board. Congratulations! This is not much you
need to do, but see below.

2. You are moving to a board which is already cleared. Feel free to move in
any time.

3. You are moving to a board which is not yet cleared. We ask that you be
patient - currently occupied boards must be cleared by Feb 6th at 11:59 pm.
Feel free to move in starting on the 7th.

Regardless of which category you are in, you have until Feb 15th to put up
a board. If this is not enough, feel free to email asa-boards and ask for
more time.

All boards must comply with the rules on our website (
web.mit.edu/asa/resources/bulletin-board-alloc.html). In short, you mut
keep your board filled (usually with a background), include your group name
and contact info, include information about your group and its activities,
keep your board updated, and maintain the condition of its materials.

If you are no longer interested in having a private board, please let us
know by emailing asa-boards at mit.edu as soon as possible.

Cheers,
Jacobi Vaughn
for ASA Exec
