[Habitat Exec] Helping for the Beaver Dash-important info-please read

Hey guys,

So we haven't had to do a whole lot for this Beaver Dash coming up this
weekend, which has been awesome considering the potential payoff. However,
now I need to call on your help for a couple things

1. We are going to help with distribution of pre-registration bibs and info
for the Beaver Dash. This will take place THIS Wednesday-Friday. Here's a
doodle, so please sign up for a slot or two if possible

2. We are going to help with day of volunteering. Please respond to this
email and let me know if you can be there this Saturday morning and help
out.

3. We need to meet before the Beaver Dash to all get on the same page. *I'd
like to meet this Tuesday the 18th at 8:30pm. Does that work for everyone?*
