[Habitat Exec] [IMPORTANT] Habitat Exec Action Items

Hey team,

Thanks for coming out today's exec meeting.  I hope you all are get getting
stoked as I am for the Beaver Dash!!  A few actions items for you all to be
aware of:

1. If you weren't at today's meeting, please read the minutes!!  We covered
a lot, and there are tasks assigned to everyone.  In particular, each exec
member is responsible for emailing out to 3 or so local business to solicit
donations.  Your assignments are in the minutes and in the google doc Farah
sent out.  Let me know if you need more letter templates.

2. Post the Habitat charity contest event on your Facebook wall ASAP!!
 Habitat is catching up, and there are only a few hours left!!

3. As you write your letters and receive responses, please keep the google
spreadsheet entitled, 2012 Spring Beaver Dash Sponsors, updated.  This is
critical!!

4. Don't forget that we are meeting up at KS at 9pm tomorrow for evening
fun.  Let me know if you have drink preferences.  This is going to be
awesome.
