[Habitat Exec] Boothing in lobby 10-please read

Hi guys,



Lobby ten boothing is going to start today (Wednesday) so I just wanted to
outline a few important points.



*The first person working the booth must set up*. This entails going to our
office in the student center and grabbing, cash box, posters and cards to
pass out, t-shirts to give out, and our banner.



If after your shift there is no one else right after or that person is
running late, take the cash box with you and email out. *Never leave the
cash box unattended.*



*The person with the last shift must take down*. Take everything and return
it to our office in the student center. Keep the cash box with everything
else, but kind of hide it under the posters and banner.



Also very important, *please have your computer with you at the table*. If
someone wants to sign up with tech cash, just have them do it online on
your computer on the beaver dash website. If someone uses cash, also fill
out the online form for tech cash, but instead of entering their id number
enter the word “cash” and the amount given. If any of this is unclear just
ask me to clarify.


Finally, we received a netbook donation from Asus. We are going to raffel
it off to one of the runners. Please emphasize to runners that they will
receive on the day of the race a raffel ticket per 5 dollars donated.
Hopefully this will incentivize people to donate more when they sign up.
