[Habitat Exec] [IMPORTANT] Action Items

TLDR: Read this email!! It's SUPER important!!

Hey team,

A few VERY IMPORTANT actions items we need to take care of:

1. PLEASE PLEASE fill out the Google Docs (if you don't have access, tell me
ASAP)!!  There are 3:

a. Lobby 10 sign-ups for the Beaver Dash (Scott, thanks for doing this
already!)
b. Beaver Dash Sponsors
c. Beaver Dash to-do list

2. Fill out this doodle so we can meet ASAP:

3. Exec interviews: Applications have been trickling in.  I'll forward you
interview bookings so you all will be in the loop.  It'd be great to have as
many of you there as possible.  Of course, if you have a conflict and can't
make it, that's totally fine.

4. Publicity items for the Beaver Dash

a. (Updated?) Flyer design--Michelle has already updated last years flyer.
 Thanks for doing this.  Nacho, did you want to make a new one?  If so, we
need that to be ready by Monday so we can flyer.
b. Poster for our bulletin board in the infinite
c. Infinite Display slide
d. Tech ad
e. Table tents
f. T-shirt design
g. Michelle and Nacho need a lot of help here.  They shouldn't be doing all
of this themselves.  I've delegated some of the items out to other exec
members (see the to-do list).  Let me know if you need some of last year's
stuff, and I'll forward it on to you.

5. Spread the word--if you haven't already, invite ALL of your MIT facebook
friends to the Beaver Dash event.  Bribe people to come if you have to...
(just kidding!)


I really don't mean to be pushy here, but we have quite a bit to do in a
really short amount of time (2 weeks!!).  Again, I cannot thank you all
enough for all of your support.  We all have a lot of other things going
now, and I really appreciate your dedication to Habitat.  See you all soon,
and get pumped for the Beaver Dash!!
