[Habitat Exec] [IMPORTANT] Beaver Dash and GBM

Hey guys,

A few quick updates:

I've shared two Google spreadsheets with all of you.  If you all could
sign-up for some of the tasks on the Beaver Dash to-do list, I'd really
appreciate it.  Also, please start contacting potential sponsors and update
the information on the Beaver Dash 2011 Sponsors spreadsheet.  The ones
currently listed that don't have an exec member associated with it are up
for grabs.  Feel free to contact other people and add them to the sheet as
well.  I'm attaching a copy of the letters I sent out as a guide.

Also, I realized that I completely forgot our GBM.  Can you fill out this
doodle: http://www.doodle.com/hdcspv7m9wem49yb to let me know which times
you'd be able to make it?  I want to send out this invitation ASAP--so
please do this as quickly as possible.

Thanks everyone!  Once we have our full exec board, we'll resume our regular
weekly meetings.
