[Habitat Exec] Important Updates/Celebrating

Hey team,

This email is important so please read though the whole thing.  As outline
it contains information on the following:
1. Regular exec meeting time
2. Beaver Dash debrief
3. Celebration of Beaver Dash/Exec bonding event

First, our regular exec meetings will be held on *Sundays at 1pm usually in
Private Dining Room #4* on the third floor of the Student Center (take a
right at the top of the stairs when you get to the Coffeehouse).  As an
exception, our first two exec meetings (next Sunday and the following) will
take place in the Coffeehouse.  For some odd reason, nothing was available
on November 6th, so we'll just scout something out that week.  Make sure to
mark your calendars.  *If you can't make it to an exec meeting, please let
me know at least 24 hours in advance.*  Also, if you're running late, text
or email me.

Second, great job again to everyone on the Beaver Dash.  Our next meeting
will be dedicated to debriefing the event, so please make sure to note any
suggestions/improvements.  As you all may have seen, I sent out a survey to
all of the runners, and so far, we've been getting lots of positive
feedback.  I'll be sure to share it with everyone at the exec meeting.

Last but not least, the club is going to sponsor a Beaver Dash
celebration/exec bonding event.  In the past, we've gone out to dinner, but
I'm definitely open to suggestions (e.g. bowling, a hiking trip, random
Boston outing, etc.).  *Let's start with this

is preferable.
*  Once we settle on something, we can figure out a good time for everyone.
