how about:
the only requirement is...
IT MUST BE ABLE TO FIT ALL TEAM MEMBERS! (with bigger font or something to dramatize it... this seems like a pretty cool challenge/feature of the build to me)

CAMPUS BUILD 2011
Friday, April 29
Kresge Lawn (facing dorm row)
Featuring the Campus Build Cardboard House Building Competition!
10am-5pm**
Think you can build a house out of just cardboard and duct tape?
Think you can build a sturdy house out of just cardboard and duct tape?
We'll provide the duct tape, cardboard, box cutters, and a 10'x10' plot of lawn.
You provide the creativity and manpower.
At the end of the day, a panel of Architecture professors will choose the most structurally sound cardboard building. The only requirement is that your structure must be able to fit all team members.
Each member of the winning team will win a $25 gift card to the Cambridge Galleria!
Teams can begin working on their houses at 10am. The judging will take place at 5pm. Team members are not required to be present the entire time, though it would be a good idea to make sure that 1-2 people from your team are present at all times.
Sign up in teams of 4-5 people by 12pm Thursday, April 28.
Visit http://habitat.mit.edu/campus_build.shtml or email jdc at mit.edu<mailto:gracelee at mit.edu> for more information and to register a team.
Also featuring Habitat Construction @ MIT: Build an Adirondack!
Don't know what that is? Come find out!
Bricks next to Kresge
10am-5pm
Help build an Adirondack chair for a home that was just completed by North Shore Habitat for Humanity! Not only is swinging a hammer a great stress reliever, but you'd also be helping a family in need... all right on campus! No construction experience required.
If you're interested in working on the ramp, email jdc at mit.edu<mailto:gracelee at mit.edu> with the time(s) you would like to volunteer. Come for as long as you like! You'd be surprised how much you can do in just 1 hr.
Campus Build 2011 is sponsored by the UA.
