I should also mention that the Cross Products requested to be early on the list of performers, because Friday is when many of the Christian fellowships meet. I told them that that would be fine.

Hey everyone,

So far, four groups have confirmed that they will be able to perform, and I would like to send out an e-mail with further details ASAP.

The four groups are: Muses, Cross Products, Asian DT, Imobilare.
I am still waiting on a response from: Logarhythms, Swara, and Chamak.
If you can think of any other groups or individuals that I should contact, please let me know. Otherwise, take a look at this draft and let me know if I should make any changes!

Dear [GROUP NAME],

Thank you for agreeing to perform at the Habitat for Humanity Concert! The money will go toward building homes in the Boston area, and we really appreciate your support of our cause.

The details of the concert are as follows:
Date: Friday, April 15
Time: 7pm
Duration: 1-1.5 hours
Location: 10-250

Ideally, each group will perform for around 15 minutes (3-4 songs/dances), but a few minutes more or less should be fine.
