[Habitat Exec] Weekly Executive Meeting Update

Hey all,

I hope you enjoyed watching the Superbowl. I think there was confusion to
the start time of today's meeting, so I am just going to send out a summary
of what needs to be done for the Haiti Benefit Concert. Jacinda/Shawn will
send out Spring Break trip info.

Logisitcs
1. Two tables and chairs outside of 10-250 to buy tickets/ribbons, and
another for tickets already bought.
2. Fliers - Susan will send out an update picture of the flier. *PLEASE
PRINT OUT AND POSTER THE FLIERS THIS WEEK!* This is what we both really need
help with.
3. When the flier is finalized, the facebook group will become public. *INVITE
ALL YOUR MIT FRIENDS ON FACEBOOK!*
4. Jacinda bought the ribbons, and I have them with me right now. Can anyone
take this over and make the ribbons in the common shape (i.e. cancer ribbons
or soldier ribbons)
5. Poster -- in Lobby 7.* WE NEED HELP PAINTING THE LOBBY 7 POSTER! *Please
contact Susan about this (*susanmv at mit.edu). *It needs to be done this week!


Other than that everything else is falling into place.
