Hey guys,

Yayyy Campus Build is on Friday!! Below are a few reminders, plus the
schedule for Friday.

1. Tell your friends to form cardboard house teams and sign up to work on
the ramp (they can keep you company while you're there!). Forward my dorm
spam email to FSILG lists, etc.

2. I forgot to mention that we're also going to have a bake sale at Campus
Build, using the leftover cookie dough from the spring break trip
fundraiser. Let me know if you have time to bake cookies sometime this
week! I can bring you the dough, and just bring the baked cookies on Friday
morning.

3. In case you forgot what times you signed up for,
here<http://www.doodle.com/gv3v82dg96hsza2n>is the doodle. We are
depending on you to be present during the times you
indicated.

mask only if cutting the wood)

4. Spring break trip people should be able to man the Habitat booth

5:30pm: Help Jim Comeau clean up the ramp stuff, load the ramp sections and
extra materials onto his truck.
6pm: Judges arrive. Present Galleria gift cards to winners.
6:30pm: CLEAN UP. All cardboard goes in to the dumpster behind the student
center. Any extra cardboard, plus extra duct tape, box cutters, etc. goes in
to the Habitat locker in W20-437. Move the A-frames back up to the CAC.

Things to remember on Friday:

- SAFETY is the biggest priority! Make sure cardboard teams aren't leaving
their box cutters lying around with the blades out. Make sure people working
on the ramp are wearing gloves and goggles at all times, and face masks if
they are cutting the wood. Ask Jim for the gloves, etc.
- Safety is super important - we may not be able to hold this event in the
future if someone gets hurt, plus it would really suck if someone got hurt.

- Make sure to leave an area of the bricks for people to walk between dorm
row and the student center. Try to keep the construction area contained so
that people can walk by.

Let me know if you have any questions!
Email me if you can bake some cookies, and spread the word about Campus
Build! Talk to you at 7:30am on Friday :)

-Grace
