I attached the minutes with tasks in red, and if your name is bolded that
means it is your task to complete.

If you have anything to add or amend please just email me back and I will be
sure to correct the minutes!

Lastly, if you could please fill out this doodle as to when you want our
weekly Exec meetings (always on Sundays, if you have a conflict with ALL the
times on Sunday please contact me!) Do ASAP!
