[Habitat Exec] Collaboration with the Global Poverty Initiative

Great, we can definitely write this in - but I don't want to put a 100%
stamp of approval on this until we hear back about LEF, just because as we
all know - they can be a little temperamental at times. Let's plan for it,
and we'll just have to figure out something if it really doesn't work out.
