[Habitat Exec] Collaboration with the Global Poverty Initiative

Pula,

Build days are especially awesome because I am the build day
coordinator. Also I got the PAW conversation started with amnesty but
it takes exec awhile to decide anything during the summer. Hope boston
is good.
