[Habitat Exec] Upcoming week

Hi everyone,

Great meeting today!  We're going to have a crazy week ahead of us.  
Here are the things we have to do:

TOMORROW (Sunday)
Bake for Monday's bake sale starting at 9am in McCormick
Give me a call 240-678-5013 if you're going to be late or need to be let in
Bring baking pans, cookie sheets, and mixing bowls!!
--> Allison, Michelle, Hannah, Grace - can anyone else come?

TUESDAY
Put up flyers!  Print them out on colored paper (save your receipt if 
you buy paper) and put them up everywhere!  The flyer is attached.
--> Everyone

THURSDAY, 10pm
Meet on the third floor of the student center - we'll grab chalk and 
then split up to chalk ads around the student center, dorm row, 77 mass 
ave, chalkboards in Stata and classrooms.
--> Allison, Hannah, Jacinda, Michelle, Grace.  PLEASE PLEASE come to 
help out- the more people we have, the shorter time it will take.  
Jacinda, can you invite the spring break people to help with this?

FRIDAY
Set-up for the benefit concert will start at 6pm in 10-250!  We'll sell 
tickets at the door starting at 6pm, and we'll start letting people in 
at 7:30.  The show starts at 8pm and runs until 9:30.  Resonance, Cross 
Products, Imobilare, and Swara are performing!

LOBBY 10 BOOTH
We need people to man the booth Monday thru Friday.  We'll be selling 
concert tickets ($5 at the booth, $8 at the door) and registering people 
for the Green building Stair-a-thon.  I'll try to get a TechCash machine 
for the booth.  Jacinda, can you send us the details for the 
Stair-a-thon?  Monday will also be a bake sale.
--> EMAIL ME BACK with the times that you can man the booth.

Also to keep on your radar:
FIRST WEEK IN MARCH
- We will meet with Andrea, Paul Spangle, and Alicia Erwin (from the 
Student Activities Office) to start hard-core planning for Campus Build 
and Shanty Town.  I'll send out the date/time - you should come if 
you're available.
- Thursday, March 5: Habitat General Body meeting - We will have a GBM 
to let people know about Campus Build/Shanty Town, and to recruit people 
to help out with the planning and implementation.

Also, I found someone to fix up the Habitat website!  Yay.  :)
