[mit-habitat-exec] Meeting Minutes from yesterday

Hey everyone,

Here are the major details from yesterday's exec meeting.

1. Spring Break Trip
 - We're confirmed for our trip to Thibodaux, LA!  14 people are able to go.
 - Bryan will set up the online application form: people must apply, then once
we settle on the 14 kids, we will ask for a $50 deposit.
 - Funding for the trip: We will talk to PSC again to see if they will fund part
of the trip; possible fundraising events?; possible funding from UA Finboard

2. Breakfast Fundraiser
 - Fundraising chairs: Work for this should start over IAP, Nina and I will
contact you with further info about this.

3. Additional Fundraisers to raise money for spring break trip
 - Campus wide competition to build something and donate them
 - Ideas: furniture (both to donate and to sell to MIT students), dollhouses,
birdhouses, toys.

4. Website
 - Bryan will update it with general info about H4H, workdays, photos, contact
info.

5. Spring Workdays
 - February 9, March 15 (i think...), April 26
