Hey guys,

I'm really sorry, but two of the people who originally said they would 
be going with you on Saturday just cancelled on me. I'm going to send an 
email to the three people on our backup list and see if two of them are 
able to go.

In addition, I'm still waiting to hear back from Pat about getting a 
van. If I don't hear anything by this afternoon, I'll try emailing her 
again.

Thanks again, and sorry for the last-minute cancellations - I'll let you 
know if I'm able to get one or two of our backup people to go.
