[mit-habitat-exec] Campus Build Updates

Lowe's has confirmed that they will be donating materials to us this
year!  Lowe's Dedham will be the lead on this donation project.

- Waiting to hear back from Emerson about building plans and quantity
- Working on submitting safety proposal
- Getting in touch with Spring Weekend Committee

As far as advertising, posters and facebook event.  Any other ideas?
