[mit-habitat-exec] Campus Build

I think checking the other habitat chapters is a great idea.  See how fast
you can push them to make a decision in the next couple days.

As far as other ideas, someone had at one point mentioned building play
homes to auction off later.  Anyone have ideas as to how we could do this or
think it's a bad idea etc?
