[mit-habitat-exec] Habitat Update

Hi all,

Just wanted to send a quick update on things.

Meetings:
Next Exec: Tuesday, October 3, 8 pm, room TBD
Next General Body: Tuesday, October 17, 8 pm, room TBD

New Positions:
VP: Diana Ye
Possible Recruitment Chair: Yesuel (have to cofirm first)
Still looking for people to fill the others...

Awareness Event:
November 4 date secured with Boston Commons
Lindsey and I are in the process of filing all the appropriate forms...so
hopefully that will be done by the beginning of next week
MIT Logs AND Choralleries are going to perform at the event
BU, Harvard, and Wellesley are being contacted about co-sponsorship...we'll
let you know what they say

Habitat Lobby 10 Booth:
Tuesday, October 17
Friday, November 3
*will pass out flyers and promote awareness event at the booth

T-Shirts:
Going to hold a design contest and make MIT Habitat shirts :-)  Be excited!
And submit a design if you want!

Website:
Have started thinking about renovations...if there's something you'd like to
see on teh website, e-mail me so I can compile a list of all ideas
