[mit-habitat-exec] Quick Update

Hi,

Just wanted to give you a quick update/ask you for some input.

1. We will be giving away cups of hot chocolate with purchase at the event
(Snaggs is going to get Bon Appetite to donate this)
2. Do we need to get a tarp or anything in case of rain for the event? (and
if so, who wants to look into this)
3. Were we still planning on building something to "display" at the event?
4. We will be buying 24-30 loaves of bread...figuring ~100 sandwiches per
hour
5. BUY T-SHIRTS!!! E-mail dianaye at mit.edu if you want one, whiiiich you do
:)
6. Exec Meetings will be the 1st Tuesday of every month at 5:30 pm...no more
changing times, I swear.
7. Send me times you can work booth 11/3 and times you know you will be at
the event 11/4 (if all day, just say "all day")
