[mit-habitat-exec] habitat shirt take 2

I've added the official Habitat logo to the front of the shirt now. I've kept it
monochrome to keep the cost down and because the color scheme isn't all that
great anyways. Since it's still one color, the cost of the shirt will be the
same.

P.S. I don't know if I ever answered Anne's question, but the shirt is navy
blue, not black.
