[mit-habitat-exec] t-shirt cost

it has been suggested that instead of putting the house thing on the front,
we put the actual habitat for humanity logo.

it's not a bad idea.

how do y'all feel about that?  diana, could you maybe make a second version
with that logo on it and we can all decide which we like better?
