[mit-habitat-exec] t-shirt cost

I like the design, and I think the price is quite reasonable.  As I
mentioned in the meeting, I think we should get some pre-orders from the
Habitat members to buy shirts before we actually place an order.  You can
count me in as order #1 (long-sleeve) if you want. :)
