[mit-habitat-exec] Just an FYI

Just wanted to let you all know something I discovered today...

Chapters need to pay Habitat International yearly dues of $100 and do a
bunch of other crap.  Anyone opposed to sending in a check for dues?  This
weekend, I'm going to look through a bunch of info I just found and see what
else we need to be doing that we haven't been (in terms of official
logistics-ness).  Once I go through it all, I just send out another update.
I'm not sure how I missed this way back when...but yeah.
