[mit-habitat-exec] Saturday Details

Hi all,

Here are the details for tomorrow...aka the day of our LARGE Awareness
Event.

Lindsey and I will be on campus, with a truck, at approximately 8:15 am to
load chairs, tables, and hot chocolate into the truck.  We will then take
all of the equipment to Boston COmmons, arriving at approximately 9:30 am.
The event will actually begin at 11:00 am. The LOGS will perform at 1 pm,
the speaker (s) will talk at approximately 1:45 pm, and the Choralleries
will perform at 2:30 pm.  The event will continue on until 4 pm.  At this
point, we will clean up, take some sandwiches around the commons, and head
back to campus to unload the equipment.  When we get back to campus, we will
be loading up the truck with all the clothing that was donated and will take
it to CASPAR.

We need 1 to 2 volunteers for the following:
8:15 am - be at East Campus
8:50 am - be at New House
If you can help with this, please e-mail me!

For everyone else, we need you to be at Boston Commons between 9:30 and 9:45
am.  At this point we will be unloading the truck and setting up.

I realize it's early, but Lindsey and I have put a lot of work into
organizing this event and we'd really appreciate all the help you could give
us.  We don't have that many Habitat events during the year, so now is your
chance to be involved.  A ton of people have expressed interest in this
event and we don't want to let any of them down!
