That's earth day...i could foresee parks being booked big time for
that...but if it's open, I'd have no issues with that.

what about holding the awareness events 2 weeks before the original date?  a
week before the campus build?  i think doing campus build spring weekend is
good.  cambridge commons is near harvard.
