[mit-habitat-exec] [ASA] Mandatory Group Registration, FYSM Payment

Dear Student Group Officers,

ALL student groups MUST submit their registration materials in the SLP 
Office (W20-549) by 5pm on Friday, Sept. 9th. NO EXCEPTIONS.

REQUIRED FORMS TO BE SUBMITTED:
- student group constitution
- signed hazing form (http://web.mit.edu/asa/www/)
- completed survey (http://web.mit.edu/asa/www/)

Registration is REQUIRED in order for your group to maintain good 
standing with the ASA. Failure to register will result in the suspension, 
and possible de-recognition of that student group. Every group must 
register every Fall with the ASA by submitting the required forms.

We prefer that your group's president or treasurer submits the materials. 
If neither is available, please send an officer of your group.

If your group participated in the First Year Summer Mailing, please fill 
out and submit the FYSM Payment Form online at web.mit.edu/asa. This 
requires certificates (only a financial signatory of your group can submit 
the form).
**The form must be submitted by Sept. 9th.**
