[mit-habitat-exec] [ASA] Office/Storage Space Applications

Dear Student Group Officers,

We would like to remind you that applications for office and storage space are now
available. If your group would like an office or storage space for the next two years,
you must fill out the application online.

The application can be found at https://web.mit.edu/asa/www/offices/2005/. This
application must be submitted online. We cannot accept hard copies.

This form requires an MIT personal certificate to identify yourself. Please visit the
page below for more information about certificates:

The deadline to submit this application is Saturday, October 29th at 11:59PM.
There will be NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS DEADLINE. This is a hard deadline. Late applications
will not be accepted.

Office/Storage space allocations occur every two years. Groups currently occupying an
office or storage space MUST fill out the application to be considered for an
office/storage space. Allocations will happen through the fall semester, assignments will
be released in December, and groups will move to their assigned offices during IAP
(January 2006).

Please be aware that office/storage space is very limited on campus. We cannot guarantee
that every group that applies will be allocated office or storage space.
