[mit-habitat-exec] Fwd: Habitat for Humanity Vouchers on Hold

Since when do we have to list our events on the calendar and poster about
them???

What should I do...make a fake poster?  Ideas?
Can we put our other workdays on the calendar to avoid this from happening
later.

I am writing from the Office of Student Life Programs to inform you that
the following reimbursement voucher has been rejected:

Student Group Name:  Habitat for Humanity
Check Payable to:  Elyse Pieper
Check Amount:  $71.18 and $20.73

Your request for reimbursement has been denied due to insufficient
supporting documentation.  In order to process your voucher request for
"Fall campus build- van rental and gas" you need to provide us with a copy
of your event listed on the MIT calendar and a copy of your event
flyer/poster.  Please bring this documentation to W20-549 at your earliest
convenience.
