[mit-habitat-exec] claiming money from the treasury

Hey guys,

 

I've been added onto the financial signatories list (thanks jeff) , so now I
can start doing my job as a treasurer! Those of you who need to make claims,
send me an email to arrange a time to pass me the receipts. Also let me know
how much is the claim and what it was for.
