Dear Student Groups,
With the spring approaching so quickly, there is a lot happening. Please
read on to find information about the General Body meeting, ASA
Elections, and the CPW Activities Fair. Also, good news! The Undergraduate
Association and the Graduate Student Council have passed the amendments to
their bylaws that re-define the role of the ASA. Have a great spring break!
Sincerely,
The ASA Executive Board

Attendance is mandatory. Any member of an activity can represent the
group, and an individual can represent multiple groups, but each
individual only gets one vote. Please contact <asa-exec at mit.edu> if your
group has a reasonable excuse for missing the meeting. Otherwise, an
unexcused absence may be cause for derecognition. At the meeting we will
discuss summer events, operation guidelines, and elections. We will also
be discussing the possibility of submitting the First Year Summer Mailing
via CD, and would appreciate any feedback you might have regarding this
change.
