[mit-habitat-exec] habitat workdays?

Hey,

 

We don't need a LOT updated.  Just the positions and workdays.  For now
that'd be good enough.  You can leave the old pics up b/c we didn't really
take any new ones.  

 

Workdays: 

            September 24

            October 22

            November 19

            December 10

Positions:

            President: Jeffrey Borowitz (Borowitz at mit.edu) 

            Volunteer Coordinators: Elyse Pieper (epieper at mit.edu) and Anne
Yu (asy306 at mit.edu)

            Fundraising Chairs: Alex Bagley (abagley at mit.edu), Rishi Puram
(rispuram at mit.edu) and Raj Bhalla (rbhalla at mit.edu)

            Treasurer: Ruijie He (ruijie at mit.edu) 

            Publicity Chair: --- b/c Matthew Carvey graduated.we'll have to
elect someone for this in the fall

 

Raj, maybe you could e-mail Matt and you two could figure out how to "pass
on the buck" if you will.  Ok, that's it.

Hey everyone,

Sorry I have been out of contact for so long. Would be willing to help
revamp the web site and bring it up to speed (If I can get my Dreamweaver
working again) and then hand it off to whomever is going to be taking over.
What I need is a clear idea of what needs to be updated, some pictures to
put up there, and any sort of layout changes people are thinking of. Be
warned that I don;t have any great web site building capabilities, but I
will try...

Oh yeah, also...we should get a web coordinator person.  I don't know how to
do any of that stuff...but it'd be a good idea!

It doesnt appear that the website at http://web.mit.edu/habitat/www is up 
to date, but I may like to volunteer for an upcoming habitat workday, if 
they exist. Please let me know when they are and what the expected work 
will be like.
