[mit-habitat-exec] [ASA] Last Reminder: Activities Midway

Dear Student Groups,

This is the last reminder of the final deadline to sign up for the Activities Midway.

The final deadline is August 1st. It is a HARD DEADLINE, and no exceptions will be made.

At the end of this Official, there is a list of groups that have already registered for
the Midway. If you submitted a request prior to *5pm on Wednesday, July 27th*, your group
should be on this list. If you think your group should be on this list, and it is not,
please email asa-exec at mit.edu immediately.

You MUST submit a request through the database. If you encounter problems while using the
database, please check our suggestions for troubleshooting. If problems persist, then
email asa-exec at mit.edu.

Follow these steps to submit a request:
1) Go to:  http://web.mit.edu/asa/www/asa-db.shtml
2) Follow the "Student Group Officer Access" link
3) In the red strip on the left side of the page, click "ASA Student Group Officer" and
then click "Select Student Group"
4) Click on the name of the group for which you are submitting a request
5) Under "Manage Resource Summary" select the "Submit Request" button for Type "Midway"
6) Fill out the form
7) In the "Request Notes" section of the form, please answer these questions:
        a. If you need more than 1 table, please explain why.
        b. If you would like a performance time, when, between 4pm and 7pm, would you like to
perform?
8) Click "Save" in order to submit your request.

***Your request is not complete until you SAVE.***


Again, no exceptions will be made for requests submitted after August 1st.
