Dear Student Groups,

The ASA is currently in the process of reallocating bulletin boards. This year, we would
like to request a submission of your application via hardcopy, delivered to UA Office in
W20-401 (addressed to the ASA Executive Board). This can be dropped off (preferred method)
or sent via interdepartmental mail (less reliable). Your application will be considered
for a bulletin board upon receipt of a hardcopy request. If you currently have a bulletin
board, please remember that it is a valuable commodity. It should be updated regularly,
and be free of posters from other groups (i.e. if other groups violate your space - you
then have permission to take down their posters). If you do not take advantage of your
space, your bulletin board will be subject to reallocation.

In your request for bulletin board space, please include the following 1) your plans for
the space, 2) whether or not you currently have space, 3) where you would prefer to be
located, and 4) where your current bulletin board is located. The form you should use is
available at: http://web.mit.edu/asa/www. Further information is available at this link.

The DEADLINE for submission is February 15th, 2005 by 5pm EST.

Sincerely,
The ASA Executive Board
