Dear Student Group Officers,
Office and Locker Space Allocations are now posted on the ASA website:
http://web.mit.edu/asa/www/.
Please pay special attention to the notes. They are reproduced for you below. In
particular, please note that the Small Activities Office will be cleaned out over Winter
Break.
Email asa-exec at mit.edu with any questions, comments, or concerns, but please excuse
delayed responses as the final exam period approaches.
Good luck on your final exams!
Sincerely,
The ASA Executive Board

NOTES for Groups with an Office:
All room numbers in the 400s are on the 4th floor of the Student Center (W20). Moves
begin on January 9, 2006, unless your group makes specific arrangements with the relevant
group(s). All groups must be moved into the assigned offices by the end of IAP, Feburary 3,
2006. (Specific arrangements do not need to be approved by the ASA, as along as your
group is moved into its assigned office by 2/3/06.)
NOTES for Groups with a Locker:
All lockers are in the Small Activities Office (W20-437). The ASA is in the process of
cleaning the SAO and replacing old lockers with new ones. Details about which locker your
group is specifically assigned to and when your group can move will be emailed to your
group by the beginning of IAP. Please do not move until you receive an email regarding
locker moves from the ASA.
IMPORTANT! The Small Activities Office will be cleaned out during Winter Break and over
IAP. If your group has anything it wishes to keep in the SAO, please put it in a cabinet
in the SAO or remove it from the SAO. (The shelves and small lockers will be replaced
with cabinets after the clean-out.)
***Anything left on the floor, outside of a cabinet, or outside of a clearly
labeled bin stored on top of a cabinet will be thrown out by CAC Facilities.***
Office and Locker Allocations will happen again in two years: Fall 2007.
