ok the exec email list hates me.  it said my last message was too long so i
don't know when you'll receive it but here is what i remember of the main
points: 

1. 2 seven passenger vans reserved at budget from 7am-4pm 
2. reserved under sid's name 
3. confirmation numbers are: 14830006 US2 and 14830024 US6 --> be sure to bring
these  numbers with you or you won't be able to pick up the car
