[mit-habitat-exec] Campus Build Alternate Plans

I think we're gonna lose lots of people for various reasons.

Theta Xi it is I think.

Can Sid or Jeff or anyone from Theta Xi tell us when they'd like to do this
activity (preferably soon) so we can make arrangements for things.

Sunday Kresge lawn seems best if we want this to be a Campus Build - but I
know
I'm doing Walk for Hunger, and so are lots of other MIT people. I guess it's
really a matter of how much interest you think we can generate for it.

The "safe" solution is Theta Xi, which I think is fine.
