[mit-habitat-exec] Campus Build Alternate Plans

Sunday Kresge lawn seems best if we want this to be a Campus Build - but I know
I'm doing Walk for Hunger, and so are lots of other MIT people. I guess it's
really a matter of how much interest you think we can generate for it.

The "safe" solution is Theta Xi, which I think is fine.
