Hi Kate,

We have an available workday on May 7th if you want to claim it for either
EAPS, grad students, or the off-campus group you discussed. We'd provide
you with all the information and provide transportation if needed. Lunch is
often provided by the site, made by the family moving into the home, for $5.
But you are welcome to bring lunch instead of purchasing.

We don't have workdays in the summer months, but we would be happy to
organize another day for you in the fall, if still interested, in addition
to this May 7th workday.

Please let us know one way or the other about this workday!

Sorry for the short notice,

Elyse and Anne

Subject: [mit-habitat-exec] EAPS volunteer day

Hello there -

I have had the privilege of volunteering with Habitat extensively in North
Carolina and even with MIT Habitat on a few occasions through Off-Campus
Housing Association and GVD - I think it is an absolutely great thing! As
president of the EAPS (course 12) grad student council, I'd like to get us
involved in volunteering as well. Do you have any group dates available in
the next few months? I could also organize a work day for an Off-Campus
group, if you have a few dates to fill. Both EAPS and Off-Campus can
subsidize transportation costs and provide lunch.

Thanks!
Kate
