[mit-habitat-exec] Schedule for CB

Hey,

 

Here's the list of volunteers I have.  It'll be slow in the morning.but
11-12 will be a good shift, and people will maybe stay over?  We'll see.

 

We'll have to rely on walk-bys.

 

Pray for good weather.

 

If you have friends, E-MAIL them and TELL THEM TO COME!

 

About tomorrow morning, I have to call at 6 AM to see when the delivery time
will be.  I will e-mail out AS SOON AS I KNOW!  Expect the e-mail to be sent
by 6:30.  Therefore, ALL of you need to be prepared to be awake and on
campus by 7.  If the delivery is not scheduled til later.the e-mail will
tell you and you can sleep longer. 

 

It is absolutely IMPERATIVE that you all show up on time.  We will need help
moving the wood around and setting up a tarp covering if at all possible.
Dress warmly in water-proof attire in case of rain.

 

In order for this event to be successful, we really need a good exec turn
out.  PLEASE be there.  Anne and I have spent a LOT of time this week
organizing this event and are really depending on everyone to help out.it'll
be FUN!
