[mit-habitat-exec] rain?

Spring Weekend Committee probably can't get us a tent, huh? Still, it's worth
asking. 

Other possibilities: Rockwell Cage, Lobby 13 (I think they held it there back in
2000 at the first ever Campus Build), La Sala...

If they're worried about scratches, maybe we could cover the floor in something
- layers of tarp, rugs, astroturf...

Otherwise, I guess everyone gets wet...
