It better be happening? Well, if they're not doing sign-ups for us, there's
no
reason they should care, is there?

As far as I can tell, Spring Weekend is doing jack for the Campus Build
project,
and Lawrence is also being difficult. 

However, I will try, yet again, to get Emerson to tell me what the hell they
want. If I get a plan from Emerson, we need to place wood orders with Home
Depot. Elyse or Anne - can either of you place the orders if I tell you what
to
do?

I will need exec to receive the wood and store it, and the new exec will
have to
run the event, because I am out of town yet again this weekend. I have
hammers
which we can use.

I emailed about this earlier, but we never got any consensus, so I'll make
an
executive decision. We need to figure out the volunteers. We want 15-20
volunteers for 1.5 hour shifts all day Saturday. Someone email
undergrads at mit.edu. Make the email SHORT and to the point. Use paragraphs.
Make
people want to read it. BUT WAIT 'TIL I HEAR FROM LAWRENCE!

At the breakfast sale, have a sign-up sheet for the shifts and ask people to
sign themselves up with a group of friends.

This is YOUR club now guys. Figure out what you want to do. Hold an exec
meeting. Plan things. Communicate. Ask me for contacts and how to do things
and
I'll help you as much as I can.

PS: Who's the new treasurer? Jeff and the new treasurer need to go to the
Student Activities Finance Office on the 5th floor of the Student Center and
get treasurer trained so you guys can access Habitat funds and do
reimbursements.
