Hi Emerson,
I heard the workday this past weekend went well. I know the MIT volunteers had a
great time!
I'm so glad we're going to be working with you again for our Campus Build. The
event was a huge success last year, and I anticipate it being very popular
again this year.
Campus Build will be held on April 23rd or 24th and we need to start placing
orders for lumber and working out transportation and storage of the finished
frames.
Do you know how soon you will know what you will need from us? If you can email
(or mail) us plans and a summary of the hardware needed for a single frame, as
well as the total number of frames you would like, we'll start scheduling
volunteers to get it done.
Also, I'll need to know how we're going to get the frames to you after they're
built. Is there anyway you can send a vehicle over to pick them up?
I'm actually going to be traveling a lot over the next two weeks, so contacting
me might be difficult. However, you can contact the new President, Jeff
Borowitz, and the other officers at mit-habitat-exec at mit.edu and they can
provide you with any other information you need. If you want to mail the plans
to us, please send them to:

Thanks again for all your help.
