[mit-habitat-exec] CARS!

So the thing about Budget is they give us an MIT discount and provide insurance
so that if, by some horrible luck, there's an accident, we don't get screwed.

Also, Budget's right down the street so it's much easier to get to than USave
(which is out in the boonies of Cambridge).

Can you wait 'til tomorrow to see whether we should cancel USave? I'll let you
know as soon as I can about Budget and we can figure out which place is
easier.
