[mit-habitat-exec] CARS!

I'm working on it guys. I'm trying to figure out what MIT's policy is about
renting through Budget.
I didn't get a chance to call Budget today, but I can either do it tomorrow and
book two vans under my name and list Elyse and Anne as alternate drivers, or
I'll ask if they rent to 18+ and Elyse or Anne can book the vans (which is
better, since one of you will have to pick the vans up, as I'm out of town).
I'll also ask if they can directly charge our MIT account somehow, b/c that
would be significantly better than having to get reimbursements. 

We *will* get vehicles though, even if I have to bribe my friends into renting
them for us. =)
