TO: ALL MIT STUDENT GROUPS PLANNING EVENTS RELATED TO U.S. PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS -- and
those who are interested in helping with this.

The Graduate Student Council (GSC) and Undergraduate Association (UA),
as the representatives of all MIT students, are organizing and hosting a
number of events pertaining to the elections - including voter
registration booths, lectures, seminars, debates, to name a few.

We know many of you are already planning events as well; and to best
serve the community we would like to coordinate all of these events.
This would allow for more effective publicity of all events. The GSC
and UA are planning on contacting all MIT students with a calendar of
events related to the elections, and would like for this to be as
complete as possible.

If any of you are planning events related to the elections, please
contact us ASAP:
