[mit-habitat-exec] LEF & ARCADE Student Organization Presentation Schedule

Dear LEF/ARCADE Applicant:

 

Attached please find the presentation schedule for student organizations for
Saturday, May 15th, 2004.  Please note that it is not mandatory to give a
5-6 minute presentation to the funding board to which you applied, but it is
generally very helpful in clarifying any remaining questions about your
application.  If you would like to trade time slot with another student
organization, then please take the following steps:

 

1.	Contact the student organization and suggest a switch in times 
2.	Send an email to asa-treasurer at mit.edu cc:ing both groups on the
email by Friday at 5pm. I will send out a final schedule sometime on Friday
evening incorporating any changes.  

 

Additionally, if you know that your organization will not be present on
Saturday, then please send me an email as soon as possible. If you are not
present or miss your appointed slot, then the LEF & ARCADE Boards will
consider the application based on your proposal.  If you have any questions
or concerns, then please contact me @ asa-treasurer at mit.edu  Thank you for
