[mit-habitat-exec] [ASA] Db Update Needed: Habitat for Humanity

Dear officers of Habitat for Humanity,

The group's information in the ASA Database is out of date.  Our
records indicate that the information has not been updated
since 02/27/2004.

The ASA requires that all groups maintain their information up
to date every academic term, therefore any information older than
six months must be updated.  It is essential that you update your
group's information as soon as possible by following the
instructions at:

    http://web.mit.edu/asa/www/asa-db.shtml

Please note that any group which fails to update their information
for more than one year will be automatically suspended; reactivation
will require the group to submit an officers form to the ASA.

Since this is the first anouncement with the new database system,
all groups will have until January 31st, 2005 to update their
information before a group is suspended.  If for any reason you
do no think it will be possible to update your group's information
by that time, please contact the ASA Executive Board.

These e-mails will be sent once a week to remind you to update the
information.
