Good Afternoon Club Officers:
The application for the Large Event Fund(LEF) & Assisting Recurring Cultural
and Diversity Events(ARCADE) Summer/Fall 2004 funding cycle is now available.
Please submit funding request for events, which are planned from July 1st
through September 30th, 2004.
The application deadline for the LEF & ARCADE Summer/Fall 2004 funding cycle
is Monday, May 10, 2004!

Please note:
1. Applications and proxy forms should be delivered to an ASA Treasurer mailboxin the UA Office (W20-401).
2. You must submit one application per event (or series) and one proxy form pergroup organizing the event.
Please save Thursday, May 13 and Saturday, May 15 for presenting your
application defense before the relevant funding board. A time for your defense
will be offered on only ONE of those days, but the specific day will be decidedlater.
